FAQs

Can I update my shipping address?
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@officialcrtz.com.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged upon delivery, refuse it and notify us immediately. If it was left at your door and arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue according to our return policy.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail. If your order is confirmed lost and the shipping address was correct, we’ll resend it free of charge.
Note: If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order was delivered there, we are not responsible for the loss.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To begin a return, email contact@officialcrtz.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Once you receive your RMA and label:

  1. Secure the item in its original packaging.

  2. Attach the return label to the package.

  3. Drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Returns without prior approval and a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 10–12 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If we cannot refund to your original method, we’ll issue the refund via bank transfer.
Refunds are not issued through CashApp, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar platforms.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds based on the product price, unless the return is due to a product issue or our mistake.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We ship orders to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the order is delivered there, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
